2. Inspect and replace furnace humidifier and air filters (Replace filters*)
3. Check exterior faucets & shutoff valves (Ensure hoses are removed and lines are drained before frost.)
4. Inspect weatherstripping on doors & windows (Look for drafts, gaps, or worn seals.)
5. Check gutters and downspouts (Clear leaves, ensure proper drainage, and secure loose sections)
6. Inspect the roof for missing or damaged shingles (Ground inspection)
7. Examine exhaust bathroom (Check for operation)
8. Test outdoor lighting (Replace bulbs*, note fixture service needs)
9. Check exterior door handles and locks (proper operation, recommend service)
10. Inspect handrails, walkways & steps (Make sure they’re sturdy and safe before ice and snow)
11. Test sump pump operation (Check for operation)
12. Inspect exterior dryer vents (1st floor) for lint buildup
13. Assess gaps around pipes, wires & vents (Recommend sealer)
14. Check storm windows and screens
15. For cracks/rips and exchange 1st floor screens for storm windows
16. Inspect garage door seal (Recommend and service needed)
17. Check water heater for leaks or corrosion (Inspect temperature settings and flush sediment if needed)
18. Test GFCI outlets (Safety check)
19. Check kitchen drain and garbage disposal for proper function (recommend any service needed)
20. Check indoor lights for function (recommend service)
